FREE 45-MINUTE ONLINE WEBINAR
Join Matt Bright for a free 45-minute online webinar exploring why familiar emotional patterns can keep repeating and what happens when motherhood leaves little room for your own needs.
Free Registration · Confidential & Supportive Space · Direct Q&A Included
Motherhood can take up so much room in different ways. For some mothers, it's the emotional reactions and familiar patterns that keep repeating. For others, it's the feeling that somewhere along the way, they've lost sight of themselves. Sometimes it's both.
You might find yourself overwhelmed by everyday demands, reacting in ways you didn't intend, or replaying difficult moments afterwards.
Perhaps you recognise guilt, frustration, overthinking or the feeling that you're constantly running on empty.
These experiences can become familiar patterns, especially when you're carrying a lot without enough support.
Somewhere between caring for everyone else, managing responsibilities and keeping things running, there may be very little room left for you.
You might miss having time to yourself, making decisions based on what you want, or remembering who you are beyond everything you do for others.
It's not about loving your family any less. It's about recognising that you matter in the picture too.
You might recognise one experience, both or neither. The practical demands and support available to you matter too.
A structured, non-judgmental progression through four core dimensions of maternal overwhelm and emotional restoration.
Naming the invisible mental, logistical, and emotional weight of daily mothering without judgment or dismissal.
Unpacking the automatic survival habits, guilt loops, and internal defaults that emerge under persistent fatigue.
Practical micro-shifts to interrupt reactivity, create emotional breathing room, and choose grounded alternatives.
Sustainable boundary work and internal self-advocacy that anchors your identity beyond caregiving alone.
A practical educational introduction with optional reflection. No requirement to disclose personal experiences.
We'd love you to join us live, but we know that life doesn't always go to plan.
Everyone who registers will receive an email with the webinar replay once the recording has been reviewed and is ready.
Whether you attend live or watch later, you'll have the opportunity to explore the information in your own time.

The free webinar is just the beginning for mothers who'd like to explore further.

Yes, completely free. This 45-minute online webinar introduces some of the ideas behind The Motherhood Reset System™ and offers practical insights into the experiences and patterns that can show up in motherhood.
We'll also introduce our optional paid four-week programme, but there's absolutely no obligation to enrol.
Not at all. You're welcome to keep your camera off, stay on mute and simply listen.
Whether you're sitting quietly with a cuppa, feeding your baby or juggling things at home, you're welcome to join in whatever way works for you.
Sharing personal experiences is never required.
Absolutely. We know that motherhood doesn't always run to a schedule.
Everyone who registers will receive an email with the webinar replay link once the recording has been reviewed and is ready.
So if you can't attend live, you can still explore the information in your own time.
No. This webinar provides education and practical information about familiar thinking, emotional and behavioural patterns.
It isn't psychotherapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis or crisis support, and it doesn't replace medical, psychological or other specialist care where needed.
This webinar is for mothers with newborns, younger children or older children who feel that motherhood has taken up so much room there's little left for themselves.
You might recognise familiar patterns of guilt, overwhelm, overthinking or emotional reactions. Or perhaps you're functioning day to day but feel you've lost touch with your own needs, interests or identity.
You don't need to relate to everything. If either experience sounds familiar, you're welcome.
Nothing at all.
Find somewhere reasonably comfortable, bring a cuppa if you like and join us.
You might find a notebook handy if something resonates and you'd like to jot it down, but there's no preparation, homework or requirement to participate in exercises.
Come as you are.
Motherhood rarely conforms to a rigid calendar. If a nap runs long, family routines shift, or quiet moments simply do not align with live session times, you will never be left behind.
Every registered mother receives complete access to the high-definition recording and reflection companion workbook delivered straight to her inbox, so you can settle in and absorb this space at your own pace.
